Phir wahan se Europe, America, aur Asian mulkon mein mashoor hoti gayee. Ye Misriyon (Egyptian) ki mehboob tareen ghiza hai.Bhindi ka nabatati naam Apeel Moshewis hai. Jab k isay Hindi mein Okra, Arabi mein Baamiya, aur English mein Ladyfinger kehtay hain.Bhindi ka poda 3 se 5 feet bolund hota hai. Aur Iska tanaa rooi daar aur pattay dandanay daar hotay hain. (4) Bhindiyon ko apni rozana ki khorak mein shaamil kar k aap is mein mojood namkiyat aur Vitamins se bharpoor faida hasil kar saktay hain.

(5) Bhindi Wazan ko kam karne ke liye bhi mofeed sabit hoti hai.
